On our website, go to "Activities & Extracurriculars" and then click "Yearbook". Open the file to find the order form.

Complete Ad Submission Form including:
1. Contact / Student / purchaser’s information
2. Text you want included in your salutation
3. Ad size (Half / Quarter / Eighth)
• Bring personal photos (per Photo Specifications) of your Senior
to include in your salutation (we will scan photos as needed, but
digital is preferred)
• Bring Salutation Order Form and payment (Check, Cash, or Money
Order)
• Come to Leigh High School, Room 19 on the only Personal
Assistance Event to work with a staff member on creating your
senior salutation.
