Notice is hereby given pursuant to Government Code Section 50077 that a Public Hearing will be held by the Board of Trustees of the Campbell Union High School District at its Regular Meeting to be held on August 4, 2022, for the purpose of considering calling an election to levy a parcel tax in the District pursuant to Government Code Section 50079.
The Public Hearing will begin at 6:00 pm or as soon thereafter as practicable, in the Board Room at the Campbell Union High School District Office, 3235 Union Avenue, San Jose, CA 95124. These matters will be considered at such time as this agenda item is considered by the Board of Trustees. Any interested persons, including all persons owning lands in the District, may be heard at the public hearing. Interested persons are referred to the District’s website at www.cuhsd.org for further information concerning attending the meeting.
