You are hereby notified that the Campbell Union High School District Board of Trustees will hold a public hearing, at a regularly scheduled Board meeting, on the Fiscal Year (FY) 2023-2024 Local Control and Accountability Plan (LCAP) and Proposed Budget, in accordance with Education Code Sections 42103, 42127, 52061, and 52062, prior to final adoption.

The meeting will be held in person in the Board Room at the Campbell Union High School District Office, 3235 Union Avenue, San Jose, CA 95124, and will also be live-streamed via YouTube at https://www.cuhsd.org/apps/pages/Board_Meeting_Agendas_and_Recordings.
Members of the public may submit a request to make a public comment through one of two methods: in person at the Board meeting or by telephone through a Public Comments form available at bit.ly/CUHSDpubliccomments and also located in BoardDocs, beginning 15 minutes before a Board meeting. Those that submit an electronic public comment form will be called via telephone at the number they provided in the form. If the person does not answer, the Board President will move on to the next public comment request.
Any interested party may inspect the LCAP and the Proposed Budget prior to the public hearing, from June 5, 2023, through June 14, 2023, at the district's website with the links provided below, or at the District Office from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, and speak at the public hearing on June 15, 2023.
