Legally qualified citizen candidates are invited to apply for provisional appointment to the Campbell Union High School District (CUHSD) board of trustees on an interim basis to fill a position recently vacated by Wendy Dillingham-Plew.
A provisional appointment must be made within 60 days of the vacancy. The provisional appointment will be through November 2018. Any interested and qualified citizen may be considered for the provisional appointment.

- A citizen of the State of California,
- A registered voter,
- A resident of the District, and
- Qualified by the Constitution and laws of the State of California to hold a civil office.
Interested applicants must complete and return to the superintendent's office at 3235 Union Avenue, San Jose, CA 95124-2096 a provisional board candidate application that is attached to this notice and also available at the district office by 4:30 PM, Wednesday, November 30, 2016.
