The Strategy, Innovation, & Accountability Department is responsible for leading the district process in strategic planning, ensuring that the district is on track for meeting state accountability targets, developing and implementing a district plan to improve college and career readiness through learning pathways and personalized learning, and monitoring district data and metrics.
